A digital platform for interactive decision-making

Brooklyn Army Terminal looked to revitalize unused space across their campus, with a focus on bringing in tenants focused on manufacturing and research of new climate technology. The fit out of those spaces involved new elevators, MEP, corridors, windows, and finishes, all coordinated within a Revit environment. The BIM model is synchronized via PowerBI workflows to a digital dashboard. The dashboard becomes a business tool, allowing the operator to compare different leasing scenarios and track metrics across the entire campus.
